Dear Academy Parents,
Tricky Tray is quickly approaching! The event is Friday, March 8th at 6pm and I hope you all have purchased tickets. It’s a great night to socialize, win some prizes and support our children’s school. If you haven’t heard, we are SOLD OUT which is terrific news!
This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and requires a lot of support throughout the night. If you are attending, please consider volunteering in some way for this wonderful event.
Some of the volunteer opportunities are:
· Transporting baskets to the event ahead of time
· Decorating the tables on the day of the event
· Selling tickets and raffles during the night
· Delivering baskets as winners are announced
· Selling 50/50 tickets
· Cleanup after the event
We need and appreciate everyone’s help to make this a success!
Please contact Maria Pignataro at 917-992-4720 or email her at email@example.com.
