The Academy of Our Lady of Peace Preschool program focuses on the developmental needs of preschool students, encouraging them to explore, create and learn. We have adopted teaching and learning practices from the Creative Curriculum program to support students as they learn through discovery, create artwork, conduct science experiments and play pretend. We strive to best prepare our students to have the highest level of success in Kindergarten.

The Academy of Our Lady of Peace Preschool Programs offer thematically integrated curriculum in the subject areas of math, science, language arts, social studies, religion, technology, library, Spanish, music and art. Our three year old program introduces students to colors, shapes, numbers and nursery rhymes as key content. Then, in PreK 4, students are introduced to relevant curriculum that presents readiness skills essential in the preparation for Kindergarten.

  Early Threes (8:45-11:45AM) M/W/F ($5,940) or T/TH ($3,960) This is our youngest program. This program is intended for students who will turn three between August 1, 2021 and January 1, 2022. Dear Parents and Guardians,

As promised, I am writing to share our most current plan for reopening The Academy in September. As of today’s date, we remain on target to open in-person for five, full (social distanced) days a week, while also offering hybrid and virtual options for our families. We ask that our families complete the survey linked here (https://forms.gle/Vz23ZGy9nYiSbfdSA) by August 15th to formally choose a learning option for September. This must be completed for each child.

We are working to open our school safely, provide students with the school experience they need, and weigh myriad factors associated with COVID-19 and the education of our children. Our decisions continue to be guided by the documents released by Read More
